What is the ELI?The English Language Institute at the University of South Florida is an Intensive English Program located on USF's Tampa campus. The ELI has been teaching English since 1978 to over 12,000 students from all over the world and preparing students for academic success at USF and other U.S. universities. He completed level IV at the ELI, and now he is a USF student.Takao studied sports medicine in Japan and was admitted to USF for the Fall 2006.
